1. Delete Account Data from App and remote Storage:

  • Open the app and navigate to the menu (bottom left icon).
  • Tap on the ‘Settings’ (top right icon) and then ‘Edit Profile.’ (top right icon)
  • Scroll down and choose the option to ‘Delete Account.’ You’ll be prompted to log in again to verify your identity.
  • After logging in, confirm your decision by clicking ‘Delete Account’ once more.

2. Delete Data from Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Advertisements:

While our app utilizes analytics, crash reporting, and advertising services, we are committed to ensuring you can erase your data footprint from these platforms. The details of these services and the data retention times are outlined in our privacy policy.

To delete this data:

  • Go to menu->settings
  • Tap on “copy user ID”
  • Email us the user id. Make sure that you are sending the email from the same addressed you used to register your account
  • Write in the email body that you want to have your data removed from analytics, crash reporting or advertisements and send it.

Upon receipt, we will verify your identity using the app user ID and the email address. Once verified, we will proceed to delete your data from our third-party services.

Note: It’s essential to send your request from the registered email address to validate its authenticity.

In addition to our in-app account deletion options, we also provide a web-based resource for users who wish to delete their accounts and associated data. Upon receiving your request, we will process it promptly and confirm the deletion of your account and any associated data.
